Raised by a family of real estate investors with over 30 years of experience, Tiffany grew up valuing entrepreneurship, ambition, and hard work. She chose to study business and interior design, knowing that one day she wanted to take her passion and talent for design and use it to build residential properties of her own. Combining her background in luxury hospitality and high-end residential interior design, Tiffany decided to leave her career in New York City and founded Studio Zhou in 2022 to venture into the real estate investing and design + build space.
Tiffany believes that design ultimately adds both beauty and value. Her mission is to combine the worlds of interior design and real estate to craft spaces that are timeless, inviting, and warm while providing even higher returns than homes without her experienced touch.
From investing in commercial real estate, to designing and building new properties, to operating them post-construction, Tiffany oversees the full lifecycle of a real estate deal. She currently operates 18 short-term rentals in the Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and South Padre markets, and is breaking ground on 5 new short-term rentals this year.

Studio Zhou sources multi-family deals and invests as a Limited Partner on properties of all sizes.
Design.
We also specialize in the design of new-build multi-family residences. From concept design through construction documentation to selecting interior finishes and furnishings, Studio Zhou ensures that design drives the project narrative from the very beginning.
Build.
Once construction documents and permitting are completed, Studio Zhou project manages the entire build process. From overseeing budget and timeline to coordinating purchasing and communicating effectively with contractors, Studio Zhou ensures that all elements of a home are built beautifully, on budget, and on time.
Operate.
Post-construction, Studio Zhou operates the properties as high-end short-term rentals, providing maximum return on investment.
